D3blog で記事詳細を表示するとエラーとなる

■不具合の内容
bulletin（ニュース）モジュールをVer.2.13からVer.2.14にアップデートしたところbulletinの記事が表示されなくなり、PHPデバグONで以下のエラーメッセージが表示される。

Error [Xoops]: Smarty error: [in db:bulletin_item.html line 37]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'd3comment' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 592) in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1092

■原因
d3forumをインストールしていなかった事から、d3forum用のsmartyプラグイン（コメント統合用の新プラグイン）function.d3comment.phpがアップロードされていなかった為。

■対処方法
d3forum Ver.0.83以上のアーカイブを解凍し、html/class/smarty/plugins/にある function.d3comment.phpをXOOPS_ROOT_PATH/class/smarty/plugins/の下にアップロードする。
（修正日付が新しくなっていた他のsmartyプラグインもアップロードした）

記事は、bulletinだがエラー内容、対処方法は全く同じで解決が出来た。
